The Scepter Global Ministries (a.k.a Life Chapel International) took off on the 31^st of April 2013 in about 1,000 seater capacity auditorium also known as Life Chapel International, situated at the heart of Southern Johannesburg. The Church took off in a grand style with the true sons and daughters of Pastor Philip in attendance of over 400 hundreds people for the opening service.

The Scepter Global Ministries is the realization of the prophetic calling upon Reverend Philip Adelakun on June 22, 1992 and August 27^th 1998 respectively. The 1992’s calling was with respect to mandate upon the man of God on his ministries and purpose on the earth while the 1998’ s calling was the prophetic and the apostolic mandate upon Reverend Philip to the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ out of his home country to the nations of the world beginning from South Africa. God’s call began its realization the God spoke to Reverend Philip to arise and get to South Africa and carry out three-fold prophetic and the apostolic mandates. God said to him:
