Support

Existing client support

Tell us what is wrong, what changed and what the business needs.

Use the support request below for an existing BluWebPro website, domain, mailbox, hosting service or account. Clear details help us assess the issue and route it correctly.

Choose the correct route

Support is for services BluWebPro already manages or delivered.

Routing the request correctly helps avoid delays and prevents project work from being treated like a fault report.

01

Technical issue

A website error, broken page, unavailable mailbox, SSL warning or hosting problem affecting an existing service.

02

Account or renewal

A question about an invoice, domain renewal, hosting renewal, mailbox access or administrative record.

03

Change request

A small change can be assessed through support. New pages, redesigns or substantial functionality require a separate quotation.

Before submitting

A few useful checks can shorten the diagnosis.

Do not share passwords in the public description field. BluWebPro will request secure access details separately if they are needed.

Refresh and retryCheck whether the issue remains after a fresh browser session or another device.
Record the wordingCopy the exact error message instead of describing it only as โ€œnot workingโ€.
Identify the scopeState whether one person, one page or every visitor is affected.
Attach evidenceInclude a screenshot and the time the issue occurred where possible.
Urgency and business impact

Urgent means the business is materially unable to operate.

High business impact

Examples: the public website is unavailable, checkout cannot take orders, all business mailboxes are failing or a serious security warning is visible. Submit the form with the affected domain and exact impact.

Standard support

Examples include one content correction, one user experiencing access trouble, a non-critical display problem, renewal questions or an improvement request that does not stop normal business activity.

Prepare the ticket

Give us enough information to act intelligently.

Your submission is stored in WordPress and sent to the BluWebPro operational inbox. You will receive an acknowledgement through the established email workflow.

  • Client or business name
  • Affected website or domain
  • Your email and contact number
  • Issue or request category
  • Clear description of the problem
  • Urgency and business impact
  • Exact error wording if applicable
  • Screenshot or relevant file if available
What happens next

Assessment comes before action or cost.

Support requests vary. BluWebPro first determines whether the issue falls within an existing responsibility, requires client action or needs separately approved work.

Step 01

Request received

The ticket is stored and routed with the information you provided.

Step 02

Impact assessed

BluWebPro checks the affected service, likely cause, urgency and responsibility.

Step 03

Next step confirmed

You receive guidance, a request for further information or a quotation where new work is required.

Support scope

Not every change is maintenance and not every fault is a new project.

Typical support assessment

  • Existing website or hosting fault investigation
  • Domain, SSL, mailbox or renewal administration
  • Clarification of an existing service or handover
  • Small correction or isolated change request

Usually separately scoped

  • New pages, redesigns or broader content work
  • New integrations, eCommerce or booking functionality
  • Third-party platform repair outside BluWebPro control
  • Work caused by unapproved external changes or expired services
Straight answers

Support questions, answered clearly.

Should I put my password in the form?

No. Never place passwords in the public description. If secure access is required, BluWebPro will provide an appropriate way to supply it.

Is every support request free?

No. BluWebPro assesses the cause and responsibility first. Existing obligations are handled accordingly, while new work, third-party repairs or out-of-scope changes may require approval and a quotation.

Can I request new pages through support?

You may describe the need, but new pages or substantial improvements normally require a project quotation through Get a Quote.

What should I do if my domain or hosting is expiring?

Submit the request promptly or email admin@bluwebpro.co.za. Renewal delays can cause suspension, expiry or restoration costs.

Can BluWebPro support a website it did not build?

Potentially, but the website must first be assessed. Repairing or taking responsibility for an externally built site is separately scoped and is not assumed through this support form.
